SplunkがSplunkternのために用意している福利厚生サービスの中で特に気に入っているのが、絵画クラスや陶芸クラスなどの活動です。通常は毎週金曜日に開かれ、他のSplunkternと仲良くなれるだけでなく、1週間の仕事の疲れを癒やせる場としてとても楽しんでいます。私が考えるSplunkのクールな福利厚生トップ2は、1つ目が、LinkedInのラーニングページとSplunkのトレーニングクラスに無料でアクセスできること、そして2つ目が、とにかくたくさんのおみやげをくれることです。実際、毎週のように何かをもらっています。先日も箱いっぱいのお菓子が届いて、今、この原稿を書きながらシナモンロールをかじっています。本当に最高です。
